STANDARD RETURN POLICY

For items purchased directly from Rise By Size, all returns must be requested within 15 days from the date your order is shipped.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Final Sale: All sale items, collaboration items, and limited edition releases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Product Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • No signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage
  • Must include original tags and packaging
  • Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer at their own expense

Risebysize reserves the right to determine whether a returned item is in a saleable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES – DOMESTIC ORDERS

Online purchases of full-priced items are eligible for exchange within 15 days from the date your order is shipped.

  • If the item you want is no longer available, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

RETURN PROCESS – DOMESTIC ORDERS

Step 1: To request a return, please email us at contact@risebysize@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Step 3: You will receive a notification once your return is received and processed. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

If you prefer to use your own courier, please let us know and we will provide the return address.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank's processing time.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not issue store credit or gift cards
